Job Title: Property & Maintenance Manager

Salary: £45,000- £55,000

Working Hours: Monday -Friday, 45 hours a week. Hybrid and flexible working

My client, an already established but growing hospitality business that creates and manages food halls for independent vendors are looking for a Property & Maintenance Manager to join the team operating across sites mainly in Zone 1 and 2 and beyond the capital. Working as part of the close-knit team, you will be overseeing and managing the maintenance suppliers, ensuring compliance and the smooth running of the facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing external maintenance suppliers ensuring work is completed to standard
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date
  • Manage, monitor and set budgets
  • Attend weekly meetings with the external Facilities provider
  • Investigate building faults, rectify where possible or assign the external contractors
  • Work closely with the team to provide support on new builds and refurbishments and seasonal projects
  • Assist with market research

Requirements :

  • Property and/or Facilities Management experience within a hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver and good under pressure
  • Client facing
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Positive and encouraging attitude
