Lift Richmond Park is looking for a dedicated School Facilities Manager to play a key role in ensuring our school remains a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and health and safety across our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Security & Access: Open and close the school premises when required.Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct in-house statutory testing, routine inspections, and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out minor repairs and report major maintenance issues to relevant contractors. Ensure all entry points, including gates, doors, and windows, are secure and functional.Cleanliness & Hygiene: Support the upkeep of a clean and well-presented learning environment, maintaining high hygiene standards.Equipment & Utilities Management: Monitor and maintain school facilities, ensuring all utilities and equipment function effectively.Team & Community Support: Work closely with school staff to support operational needs and contribute positively to the wider school community.What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
