Ryder Reid are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Facilities Coordinator for one of our high-rolling international law firm clients on a temporary basis at their London office. The role will be working in a small Facilities team, actively supporting the firm's office by assisting in day-to-day operations. It is imperative applicants for this role have prior supervisory experience in facilities.
The general duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining office and stationary supplies.
- Handling and distributing incoming post.
- Assist with new joiner and temporary set ups.
- Respond to general maintenance requests.
- Assist with office moves.
- Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
- Occasionally assist with reception duties.
Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and be able to multi-task efficiently and work effectively in a team.
You must be available immediately for this position and have experience within a law firm or professional services at facilities co ordinator level!
