We are seeking a Vocational Coach specialising in Facilities Management to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in delivering vocational training or coaching in disciplines such as building maintenance, cleaning, and security. If you have a background in working within the sector or working with apprenticeships or adult learners and possess relevant assessor or teaching qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support learners through their development journey within the Facilities Management sector.
- Offer tailored coaching sessions to help learners build real, transferable skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver training and support.
- Utilise strong communication skills to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor and assess learner progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure continuous development.
- Proven experience in vocational training or coaching, particularly in Facilities Management related disciplines.
- Relevant assessor or teaching qualifications such as A1, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for education and helping others progress in their careers.
