Client On-boarding & Reporting Analyst (TOP Investment firm!)

This is a Fully Remote role with a HQ in London. 1-2 days in the London office a month for a keeping in touch day(s)
Do you have Strong admin + early KYC/AML exposure?
Do you have experience with End-to-end onboarding + reporting + stakeholder coordination?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation in compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to set up client accounts and services
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase.
- Prepare and deliver accurate investment reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide insights to the investment team.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client onboarding within the financial industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
