Description

The Client Operations Associate's responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating client and transaction data within internal systems

  • Generating and distributing reports to clients

  • Onboarding new clients and inputting trades accurately

  • Processing investment deals and assisting with settlement procedures

  • Managing client payments and performing bank reconciliations

  • Resolving email and telephone enquiries within defined service standards

  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives

Profile

The ideal Client Operations Associate candidate will be diligent, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about developing within a dynamic, demanding work environment. Experience in an operational role, ideally in asset management, is preferred, though not essential. A strong sense of responsibility, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, client-centric attitude are key traits for success in this role.
