The Role:We are looking for a Client Operations Associate for a fixed-term 12-month contract. This role operates in a hybrid model, combining home and office work. New joiners will undergo an intensive three-week training programme followed by a six-week competency plan, ensuring you have the support needed to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate data within our systems.
  • Report Generation: Assist in creating and distributing reports to clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Process new client applications and input trades.
  • Dealing and Settlement: Manage investment transactions and cash settlements.
  • Cash Management: Process client payments and assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Enquiry Management: Resolve client inquiries via our case management system.
  • Call Handling: Address client questions over the phone.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Support various tasks and projects as needed.
