The Role:

• Lead the cost management of M&E services for various property projects, from inception through to completion
• Procurement, tendering, and contract administration (NEC & JCT contracts)
• Provide value engineering, cost reporting, and financial analysis to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Stakeholder management including clients, contractors, and design teams
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors while providing oversight to ensure quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
• Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
• Proven track record in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, or related field (MRICS preferred)
