The Role:
- Lead the cost management of M&E services for various property projects, from inception through to completion
- Procurement, tendering, and contract administration (NEC & JCT contracts)
- Provide value engineering, cost reporting, and financial analysis to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Stakeholder management including clients, contractors, and design teams
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors while providing oversight to ensure quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
- Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
- Proven track record in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, or related field (MRICS preferred)
