Alexander Lloyd are currently recruiting for a Technical Pension Specialist to join one of the largest UK Pension Consultancies on a remote working basis. The role will involve joining a new team which is responsible for providing technical experience & leading on key projects, business change initiatives and business critical issues.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead on projects and work with colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of scheme events, cyclical activities and projects.
  • Understand, build, maintain and enhance stakeholder and/or client relationships.
  • Act as a business lead with Design Authority Group and other relevant business approval forum.
  • Provide input into the development / training action planning and process improvement where required.
  • Control and enhance the quality of customer outputs in order to deliver an excellent customer experience through coaching, training action planning and process improvement where required.
  • Adapt to varying demands and workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline whilst maintaining excellent levels of quality.
  • Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives and business results.

  • Strong Pension Knowledge
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and quality management skills
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to engage and interact with stakeholder
