We are working with a global business based in the Battersea area who want to bring in a Telesales Executive to join their award-winning team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about selling and someone who is passionate about food!

Telesales Executive – The Job:

  • Customer engagement – building and maintaining strong relationships virtually with existing and potential customers, ensuring effective product matching to best meet with the requirements if the customer and support them in growing their business.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing personalised recommendations, suggesting suitable alternatives when products are unavailable, take incoming calls and emails.
  • Sales Generation – Deploy effective sales techniques over the phone to profile and understand the needs of the customer, then using this information to maximise margin through effective upselling.
  • Commercial Awareness – Negotiating within the commercial parameters in order to leverage additional sales. Proactively identify areas for growth.
  • KPI Achievement – Meet and exceed individual sales targets and team goals.
  • Product Knowledge – Maintain strong knowledge of the product lists, pricing and promotions to ensure there is a compliant upsell.
  • Single View of the Customer – Accurate maintain records of all contact with customers and all sales transactions.
  • Collaboration – Collaborate closely with field sales teams and wider internal operational departments.
  • Customer Retention – Meet and exceed individual and team customer retention targets by minimising losses through close account management.

Telesales Executive – Expectations:

  • Achieve monthly cash target
  • Customer retention of 75%
  • Achieve depot MPD target
  • Reengage lost and downgrading accounts
  • Strategic quarterly objective set by sales manager
  • Consistent scoring against call quality objectives.
