My Local Authority client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Contact Centre Performance Consultant on a Contract basis.

This role will lead on delivering a Health Check for the Council's Consolidated Contact Centre, to objectively assess the maturity and consistency of the service operations.

About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of management practices, service delivery, technology platforms, and data usage and resident experience.
  • Identify opportunities to modernise the operations and highlighting where managers and colleagues need structured support.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights, observe operations, and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Analyse service delivery, leadership capability, and colleague potential to support digital and online transformation.
  • Draft clear, actionable recommendations, including phased plans for implementing improvements and modernising processes.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Deep expertise in manging and transforming service operations and leaning into digital transformation to keep pace with industry best practice.
  • Proven track record in service management and contact centre transformation, including digital and data-driven initiatives to drive 'channel shift'.
  • Local Authority experience is essential.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 600 per day, outside IR35 (TBC)
