Role and Responsibilities- Sales Executive (Fire and Security)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the small works and maintenance sector
- Prepare and present quotations for remedial works, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance contracts
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery of proposals
- Follow up on leads, tender opportunities, and completed jobs to maximise revenue potential
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant fire and security products, standards, and compliance requirements
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, ensuring excellent customer service and support
Skills and Experience Required - Sales Executive (Fire & Security)
- Previous sales experience within the fire and security industry, ideally focused on maintenance and small works
- Strong technical understanding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in preparing quotations and proposals, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence essential
