Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors.
  • Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations
  • Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans
  • Coordinate and document daily team briefings
  • Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences
  • Act as Centre Manager when required
  • Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre

You will be based in Central London, working Monday to Friday. The role is purely office-based which will allow you the chance to work face-to-face with a dynamic and energetic team in a premium, high-end workspace.
