Our client is a niche, high end Search Firm that specialises in networking and securing Senior Finance Professionals.

Based in London with further growth forecast for the next two years, they are currently looking for a Contract Executive to work with both their Interim workers and permanent placements to ensure that all new contracts and terms are raised and approved, Interim invoices are processed and paid in the timely manner, and all legal /compliant documentation is managed, utilising the external legal counsel when required.

You will also be responsible for managing their external suppliers for IT, HR, Legal, Accountancy and Building Management - coordinating any business process and being the 1st point of contact for all internal issues relating to these.

Experience of supporting a robust and progressive "Search Firm/Recruitment Consultancy" is preferred as this will provide a level of understanding with their processes.

Ideally you will have had exposure to all areas of running a small business and be confident when working with the CEO/Founder regarding all aspects cost verses revenue.

A unique role suited to someone who is comfortable customer facing with an exemplary telephone manner.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months and an immediate start for the right individual.
