ur client, a professional services firm has a fantastic opportunity for an Early Careers Advisor to join their People team for a one year Fixed Term Contract beginning January 2026.

This is a hybrid working contract, with flexibility on working arrangements.

You will be part of an Early Talent team and you will play a key role in supporting, developing, and retaining a large contingent of trainees across the firm.

As an Early Careers Development Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for the firm's graduate, school leaver, and placement year trainees as they work toward their accounting qualifications

You will guide them through every stage of their training contract or placement - offering support on professional development, wellbeing, learning pathways, and managing the balance between work and study.

You'll also collaborate closely with Training Managers, Partners, and external providers to ensure the trainees are being provided with all the support they need throughout their learning journey.

About you:

  • Ideally you will have worked in an accountancy or professional services firm and have a strong understanding of accountancy qualifications.
  • You will have had experience working with trainees, apprentices, or early careers talent.
  • A background in people development and learning & development is key to this role.
  • You will enjoy collaborating with people across different stakeholder groups.
