Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00

Salary: £18.80ph

Job Description:

The client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dust Cart Driver to join our team. As a Dust Cart Driver, you will be responsible for the collection and transportation of waste and recyclables from residential and commercial properties. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate dust carts and other waste collection vehicles.
• Collect waste and recyclables from designated routes.
• Ensure proper disposal and recycling of collected materials.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and disposals.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record no more than 3 points.
• Experience in waste collection or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of local waste disposal regulations is a plus.
