Carpenter – Social Housing (Permanent)
Location: Waltham Forest

Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading Housing Association to recruit an experienced Carpenter for reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties across Waltham Forest.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry and general repairs.
- Complete day-to-day maintenance and void refurbishments.
- Work safely with power tools and liaise with tenants and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Multi-Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence – van and fuel card provided.
- NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent preferred.
