Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter for an exclusive penthouse refurbishment project in Battersea, London. This super prime residential project requires exceptional craftsmanship for both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, delivering bespoke, high-end finishes to an exacting standard. The role involves working with premium materials, intricate detailing, and custom joinery to transform a luxury penthouse into a state-of-the-art living space. Candidates must excel in precision work, have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable interpreting complex architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st fix: Installing structural elements, including framing, stud work, joists, and partitions

• 2nd fix: Fitting bespoke doors, architraves, skirting boards, staircases, custom cabinet doable cabinets, and intricate mouldings

• Working with high-end materials such as hardwoods, veneers, and bespoke fittings

• Collaborating with other trades to ensure seamless integration and project progress

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Adhering to strict project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Full set of own tools and PPE

• Experience in super prime residential carpentry, preferably on penthouse or luxury refurbishments

• Proven track record delivering high-end joinery and finishes in premium residential settings

• Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and specifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

• Excellent time management and reliability
