Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join a refurbishment project in Lewisham. The work will primarily involve external cladding and structural beam installation, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson seeking ongoing work on a well-run site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and finish external cladding to a high standard.

• Fit and secure beams as part of the refurbishment works.

• Work from technical drawings and site instructions.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter on refurbishment/construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of external works including cladding and beams.

• Must have own tools and transport.

• Valid CSCS card preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
