A great opportunity has arisen for a Carpenter to join a Social Housing contractor on a long term temp ongoing basis paying 21.40 per hour CIS covering Lambeth. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri - 42.5 hours per week 8am til 17:00pm
Pay Rates:
Temp - 21.40ph (CIS)
Carpenter duties:
- Carry out all carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids, and occupied.
- Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
The Successful Carpenter / Multi Carpenter will be required to:
- Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
- Carry out works allocated by appointments
- Have a valid UK Driving Licence
- Hold a relevant trade qualification
