A great opportunity has arisen for a Carpenter to join a Social Housing contractor on a long term temp ongoing basis paying 21.40 per hour CIS and the perm salary is 41,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri - 42.5 hours per week 8am til 17:00pm
Pay Rates:
Temp - 21.40ph (CIS)
Carpenter duties:
- Carry out all carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids, and occupied.
- Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
The Successful Carpenter / Multi Carpenter will be required to:
- Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
- Carry out works allocated by appointments
- Have a valid UK Driving Licence
- Hold a relevant trade qualification
