About the Role:

Clarion is seeking 50 skilled trades operatives across the UK to support a large-scale social housing maintenance contract. We are hiring both single-skilled and multi-skilled professionals, with a focus on plastering, plumbing, and carpentry.

We are currently prioritizing 15 positions in North London, particularly for operatives skilled in carpentry and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out responsive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void residential properties.
  • Diagnose and repair faults across a range of trades (depending on skillset).
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile devices or job sheets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential maintenance, ideally within social housing.
  • Skilled in one or more of the following: Plastering, Plumbing, Carpentry.
  • Basic DBS check required.
  • Full UK driving licence - company van provided.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
