Clarion is seeking 50 skilled trades operatives across the UK to support a large-scale social housing maintenance contract. We are hiring both single-skilled and multi-skilled professionals, with a focus on plastering, plumbing, and carpentry.
We are currently prioritizing 15 positions in North London, particularly for operatives skilled in carpentry and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out responsive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void residential properties.
- Diagnose and repair faults across a range of trades (depending on skillset).
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile devices or job sheets.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Proven experience in residential maintenance, ideally within social housing.
- Skilled in one or more of the following: Plastering, Plumbing, Carpentry.
- Basic DBS check required.
- Full UK driving licence - company van provided.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
