Candidate Profile

As Baker Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the night production of bakery items and breads within our 24-hour kitchen operation. Working closely with the Head Baker and wider team, you will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, a passion for baking, and a commitment to excellence. Please note this is a 24-hour kitchen operation.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Experience in as similar role within a fine dining restaurant essential
  • Proven track record in running a bakery section
  • Show drive and passion for baking and/or patisserie
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Please note this role requires an element of manual handling and on occasion heavy lifting
