HIDE- Bakery Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery Chef De Partie to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park

Servingbreakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
ofsmall farmers &suppliers from acrossthe UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie & breadto jams,
juices and pickles.

Our bread basket changes seasonally every three months

ABakery Chef De Partieneeds to have a good understanding of Viennoiserie and Laminating products and be able to work in an open plan bakery five nights a week.

Night shifts are 11am-10pm, as we are a 24/7 production shifts patterns can be flexible for the right candidate.

As aBakery Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing, cooking & presenting dishes within the Bakery department
  • Leading on a section of the kitchen
  • Supporting the sous chefs & head chef to develop new dishes for the menu;
  • Training the junior chefs working with you
  • Following H&S regulations
  • Demonstrating a respectful attitude & responding respectfully to management.
