Duties and responsibilities related to the Breakfast Chefde Partierole

Prepare and cook a wide variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and consistency.
Assistin planning and developing breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately for morning service in the hotel.
Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.
Work collaboratively with other chefs to deliver a seamless breakfast service.

About you

You possess proven experience working the Breakfast shifts in a luxury hotel environment. You will have strong culinary skills, with a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine and various cooking techniques. Flexibility for the role is required as shifts will vary, with an early start.
