What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and menus.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu development with fresh ideas and current culinary trends.
- Support the planning and delivery of special events or catering services as needed.
Shifts & Schedule:
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week)
- 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
- 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant/catering or hospitality setting
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work alone
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail
- Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality food
- Creative and passionate about developing menus and enhancing the guest experience
