Purpose of the post
Under the immediate supervision of the Head Chef, and the overall supervision of the Catering Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for a variety of duties in support of the smooth running operation of the IMO staff restaurant and various official functions.
Required:
- Minimum of four years professional kitchen experience
- City and Guilds certificate 706/1, 706/2 in Professional Cookery is required or an updated equivalent
- Hotel and Catering Industrial Training Board Food and Hygiene Certificate
