What you'll be doing:

As the Lead Chef, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operations at this popular café. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, prepping and presenting high-quality dishes

  • Creating menus that reflect seasonal produce and customer preferences

  • Leading a small kitchen team and overseeing rotas

  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards

  • Managing stock, suppliers and kitchen budgets
