We're looking for a passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and help us raise the standard for casual dining in a sports-focused venue.

Role Overview:

Were looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Chef to join our kitchen team. Youll take pride in preparing high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently, helping deliver the great food experience our guests expect.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social setting and enjoys working with a fun, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a consistently high standard.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with company policies.
* Menu development and specials, particularly for events and seasonal offers.
* Manage prep, stock control, and ordering as required.
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
* Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff (if applicable).
* Contribute ideas to improve food offerings and efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
* A passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate desirable).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
