We are looking for a passionate, talented and hard-working Chef de Partie to join Josephinerestaurants; our much-loved Lyonnais-Bouchon in Chelsea and a new, exciting Parisian brasserie in the heart of Marylebone!
As a CDP, you will be an asset to the kitchen and/or pastry Team, assisting in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations and workingunder the supervision of our Sous Chef and Head Chef.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience as CDP in similarly fast-paced restaurants, a determination to learn and the ambition to progress and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality cuisine.
