We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Umu Restaurant
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking food
Ensuring cooked food is ready and presentable
Exercise teamwork with other members of staff
Responsible for helping keep areas in the kitchen clean, tidy and stocked ready for service
The Person:
Previous Chef experience - fine dining background
Knowledgeable about the food
Positive and cheerful attitude
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Chef de Partieshould be eligible to live and work in the UK and due to the high volume of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
