Parlour and Glade Restaurants at Sketch - Morning team Chef de Partie
Work between 44 and 55 hours per week (4 or 5 days) with all hours worked paid.

The role of Chef de Partie in the Parlour / Glade restaurant morning team
The Parlour Café and the Glade restaurant are open for breakfast and lunch. The morning team starts around 7am and finishes around 6pm, working 4 to 5 days per week with all hours worked paid.
All menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire, Culinary Director Frederic Don and Head Chef Gabriel Belmonte and have a French inspiration.
Preferred experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a similar environment and similar menu.
