A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Chef de partie to work in an exciting new opening project celebrating the very best of open-fire and grill cooking:
- Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie celebrating open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients from the UK
- Lunch and dinner up to 90 covers – Closed on Mondays
- Collaboration with a famous Michelin star chef
- Fantastic project and strong team of 20+
- Salary of £35,000 + tronc
- Great beverage offering showcasing creative cocktails and organic and natural wine.
- Rota of 48 hours per week, 2 doubles & 3 single shifts
The ideal Chef de Partie must have a background in reputable fine dining restuarnats, members club, or 5-star hotels. You will be working with top quality produce, from scracth and up to a high standards under a famous Michelin star chef and great team.
