Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes within your section to the highest standard
- Maintain strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques, and flavour profiles
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy during service
- Assist with mise en place and daily preparation
- Collaborate with senior chefs on dish development and specials
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food-safety standards
- Communicate clearly and support the wider kitchen team
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality kitchen, withMichelin-star experience preferable
- Strong technical ability and passion for Japanese flavours and fusion cuisine
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Calm, disciplined, and efficient during fast-paced service
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute creatively to the menu
