Smyth & Co is proud to be working with one of Marylebones most exciting culinary destinations a vibrant, chef-led restaurant that earned a Michelin star within its first year of opening. We are now seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join this exceptional team and grow within a kitchen that champions creativity, precision, and seasonality.

  • Position: Chef de Partie

  • Salary: £40,00042,000

  • Location: Marylebone, London

  • Schedule: 7 shifts across 4 days (3 doubles, 1 single) 3 days off

  • Operating Hours: 8 am 11 pm (restaurant closes between lunch and dinner)

  • Support senior chefs in daily prep, service, and maintaining kitchen standards

  • Contribute to the creative process of weekly menu development

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization, and mise en place

  • Represent the restaurants ethos through direct interaction with guests at the counter
