We are now seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join this exceptional team and grow within a kitchen that champions creativity, precision, and seasonality.
Position: Chef de Partie
Salary: £40,00042,000
Location: Marylebone, London
Schedule: 7 shifts across 4 days (3 doubles, 1 single) 3 days off
Operating Hours: 8 am 11 pm (restaurant closes between lunch and dinner)

Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization, and mise en place
Represent the restaurants ethos through direct interaction with guests at the counter
