Full-time Chef de Partie -Up to £42,000 depending on experience

Lita Marylebone is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team. The successful candidate will have previous exposure within a similar, high end restaurant environment. Most importantly, looking to further and develop their career by working alongside a prestigious collaboration of individuals within the kitchen brigade who collectively have several Michelin accolades. This is a truly unique opportunity for a candidate looking to grow alongside a new company to London; who bring an extensive portfolio of 20 successful independent restaurants globally.

The Restaurant:

Lita, which only opened in March last year and has already achieved its first *Michelin, is the brand-new, 80 pax restaurant conceptualised by Irish chef Luke Ahearne, formerly Head Chef at Corrigans Mayfair. Lita brings elevated dining to Londons culinary scene with a produce-driven, seasonal menu that celebrates flavours of southern Europe, all cooked on the fire grill in the restaurant's open kitchen. Im in heavenly raptures over the cooking Jay Rayner, The Guardian. Pricey as hell but boy it is breathtaking Jimi Famurewa, Evening Standard.

The Role:
  • To work alongside and support the existing team in evolving the menu and operation.
  • Experience in fine dining would be an advantage; but so long as you have the drive,enthusiasm and work ethic, we can train the rest.
  • Have a love of food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients.
  • An interest in learning new techniques and ingredients.
  • A willingness to learn and develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Character and a team player is a prerequisite.
  • Motivated and looking to develop their careers.
  • The composure and presentation to work in an open kitchen in full view of the guests; this will be a very interactive role; something a little different from the norm.
