The role
We are looking for a chef departiewith a fresh food background to run a key section in the kitchen. you will run the kitchen section, you will ensure your fridge is ready for service, prep your dishes ingredients. you will cook in service and present your dishes to the pass on time. this role will include all the standard chef departieduties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef departiefrom a fresh food background, the client is looking for a strong chef departiewho is a goodallrounder. you will be able to run a section, have great knife skills and beorganised. If your from a fresh food 4 or 5 star hotel or a fresh food restaurant and love a range of dishes, this is the role for you.
