The Farmers Club is a modern Private Members Club for those involved in farming, food production and agriculture. Overlooking the River Thames, the Club has 56 beautifully appointed bedrooms, conference and banqueting space, a bar, terrace and a restaurant that provides simply cooked, seasonal, quality British food.
We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team of talented Chefs.

About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will work with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to deliver simple, seasonal British food, beautifully cooked and presented within the Club and to assist in raising the profile of the food offering. Your working week will be of 37.5 hours excluding breaks and including weekends and bank holidays, as and when required.
You will also be responsible as below
- Support the Club's ethos of simply cooked, seasonal, quality British food.
- Prepare & cook high quality food to ensure guest satisfaction including the breakfast offering and team food.
- Ensure consistent maintenance of the Club standards in the section.
- To aid the Head Chef in the creation of seasonal menus and to introduce innovative ideas where applicable.
- To keep up with the current trends of British food.
About You
If you are an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for cooking excellent food in a medium-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Previous experience of working in high-end, fine dining restaurant, hotel or Club kitchens in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge and skills of cooking British cuisine.
- Excellent team player and good at adapting.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days a week including on weekends and bank holidays.
- The right to work in UK.
