Position

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their esteemed kitchen team. In this role, you will take charge of a specific section, ensuring that every dish meets their exacting standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely alongside experienced chefs, contributing to their mission of providing an extraordinary dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our Michelin-starred standards.

Oversee the operation of your designated section, maintaining efficiency and organization.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Contribute to menu development, showcasing creativity and seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or Michelin-starred environment.

Strong culinary skills and a deep passion for gastronomy.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen setting.

Knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.
