Overview of Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partieto manage a specific section of our kitchen. You will play a key role in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the kitchen. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will help maintain excellence across all aspects of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.

What youll do:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section to the required standard.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all menu items.
Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior staff, providing guidance and training.
Ensure all food is prepared in line with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Organise and manage mise en place for your section, ensuring readiness for service.
Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.
Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to the highest standards.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
What were looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef
Ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Supervisory experience
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory)
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High standards of health, hygiene, and professionalism
Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering excellent food
