What does the ROLE look like?
- 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days, flexibilty expected.
- You will be responsible for preparing dishes following the instructions from Head Chef in accordance with our menu.

- Basil skills in pastry necessary.
- Passionate about food and the importance of high quality and fresh produce.
- A confident self-starter, comfortable working in a demanding high-volume environment.
- Keen eye for detail.
