The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen to ensure that it runs smoothly and in accordance with five star standards and guest expectations.

As Chef de Partie your key responsibilities include:

Maximise productivity of the kitchen by organising and setting up the assigned section as efficiently as possible.

Ensure that dishes from that section are prepared consistently and in accordance with standard recipes, ensuring the flair and quality standards that The Chelsea Harbour London is known for.

Prepare food requisitions in co-operation with the Sous Chefs and maintain stock levels based on current forecasts.

Monitor outlet kitchen food costs by minimising waste and expenses.

Ensure the correct handling and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment within the kitchen to minimise breakages

Assist efficiently the team, motivate employees by expressing an interest in their welfare, safety and development.
