Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday only

You will be joining join a small team in a busy kitchen for a traditional private members club in Mayfair, preparing Modern British & European food to a very high standard.

Everything from butchery to bakery is done in house, so you will have plenty of opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Your position initially will be working on the garnish section where you will be preparing a range of vegetable garnishes and side dishes for around 70 100 covers daily.

Chefs work 45 hours across 4 day week between Monday and Friday, with every weekend off and one week day off. Paid overtime is available when we are busy.

We offer full training, a large, clean and modern kitchen to work in, 45 hour work week, weekends and public holidays off

Previous kitchen experience is essential, ideally in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment - but more important is a willingness to learn and a genuine love for working with high quality, seasonal British produce to make great food.

Candidates must speak good English, live in London, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
