As a Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in supporting and guiding the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food, quality, and service across our operation. Youll help maintain standards, train team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure food preparation meets COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards, reporting any incidents promptly
Support the Head Chef and management team with ordering, stock control, and budget management
Maintain excellent product and menu knowledge to ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas and equipment
Assist in mentoring, supporting, and training kitchen staff in line with company procedures
A genuine passion for food and commitment to excellence
Front-line focus with a drive for great customer service
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous kitchen experience in a similar role
