As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the day to day running of a section, ordering and stock rotation.
Working 48 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday, with Christmas and New Year off.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has had previous experience in a similar role, as well as.
- good food safety knowledge ideally Food Safety Level 2
