Candidates should have previous experience in quality establishments either in the UK or overseas and have the passion for working with fresh, sustainable top quality ingredients and within a close team-driven environment

Chef de Partie candidates should have:
- Passion for great food and working with premium produce
- Extensive experience in the UK or Overseas in busy, quality establishments
- A strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred but not essential
- The ability to deliver fresh food to high standards and to work well under pressure.
- Necessary documentation to work in the UK
