The Ledbury is a fine dining, 3 Michelin Star neighbourhood restaurant located in Notting Hill.

We pride ourselves on our high attention to detail along with our focus on serving seasonal British ingredients.

We currently rear our own deer, Iberian pigs and Jersey cows and grow mushrooms in our fungarium.

The role

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Follow proper cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality of dishes served
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation and safety practices

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Michelin starred restaurant is required
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
