Are you a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie looking to refine your craft in an exclusive and elegant setting? We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join the kitchen brigade at one of Belgravias most distinguished private members' dining clubs.

Nestled in the heart of Belgravia, our private members' club is renowned for its refined atmosphere, impeccable service, and exceptional cuisine. Our kitchen is led by a celebrated Head Chef, and we pride ourselves on offering a modern British menu with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients all prepared to the highest standards.

The Role:

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. Youll be working closely with our Sous and Head Chef, supporting the smooth operation of daily service across lunch, dinner, and exclusive events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your section and ensure it is consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus.
  • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with HACCP.
  • Support the training and development of junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Work collaboratively and maintain the calm, professional ethos of the kitchen team.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a quality kitchen environment, ideally within a private members club or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow within a talented and close-knit team.
  • Passion for exceptional food and attention to detail.
  • Culinary qualification preferred but not essential if balanced by solid experience.
