Blues Kitchen Brixton is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue that has been open for nearly 10 years.
We are now seeking askilled Chef de Partie to join our talented teamto help us continue raising our standards.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen brigade, ensuring the smooth running of a designated section. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and creativity under the guidance of the head chef.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment where teamwork and passion for food are paramount.

- £16-18 per hour inclusive of tronc. Hourly wages are paid every 2 weeks on a Friday and tronc is paid on the last Friday of the month

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards according to menu specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in menu development and daily kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
Experience and Skills:
- At least two years of chef de partie experience in a high volume kitchen.
- A team player with a passion for learning and development.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with staff.
